Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will undergo structured on-the-job training across multiple business functions including:

This program gives you complete exposure to the lifecycle of industrial and infrastructure projects—from inquiry to commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Engineering
- Assist in preparation of engineering drawings, layouts, BOQs, and technical documentation
- Support process design, equipment selection, and system calculations
- Coordinate with senior engineers for design optimization
- Learn CAD tools, project documentation, and engineering standards
Projects & Site Execution
- Support installation, commissioning, and execution activities at project sites
- Monitor project schedules, material requirements, and execution progress
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and clients
- Assist in site inspections and technical reporting
Proposal & Estimation
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals
- Assist in cost estimation, quantity calculations, and tender submissions
- Study client requirements, technical specifications, and compliance documents
Technical Sales & Business Support
- Understand customer requirements and technical discussions
- Support sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings
- Assist in preparing solution presentations and technical comparisons
Operations & Procurement
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for material planning
- Track inventory, purchase requirements, and delivery schedules
- Maintain project records and operational documentation
Eligibility
- B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience
- Strong interest in infrastructure, water treatment, and industrial projects
- Willingness to travel for project/site visits
