Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Study project drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare project execution schedules and milestone plans.
- Coordinate internal departments such as design, production, procurement, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth project execution as per approved timelines.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress.
2. Site Installation Coordination
- Plan manpower, equipment, and material requirements for site installation.
- Coordinate delivery of STP equipment, tanks, pumps, blowers, piping, panels, and accessories.
- Supervise installation activities including:
- Civil interface works
- Mechanical erection
- Piping installation
- Electrical cabling
- Instrumentation setup
- Ensure installation follows approved drawings and engineering standards.
3. Commissioning & Testing
- Perform pre-commissioning inspections.
- Conduct trial runs of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, control panels, and treatment processes.
- Check system performance parameters.
- Resolve technical issues during startup.
- Ensure successful commissioning and performance validation.
4. Client & Site Communication
- Act as primary technical contact between company and client/site team.
- Attend site meetings and project review meetings.
- Provide project updates, progress reports, and technical clarifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and project managers.
5. Vendor & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Monitor vendor performance and work quality.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Verify contractor bills and work completion.
6. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain site records and project documentation:
- Daily progress reports
- Material consumption reports
- Installation checklists
- Testing reports
- Commissioning reports
- Handover documents
- Prepare project MIS reports for management.
7. Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure all work complies with project quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and site regulations.
- Conduct toolbox meetings and safety checks.
- Identify risks and implement preventive actions.
8. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting
- Identify site execution challenges.
- Resolve installation, process, or coordination issues.
- Optimize project execution for efficiency.
- Escalate critical issues with solutions.

Educational Qualification

- 0–2 Years: Junior Project Engineer
- 2–5 Years: Project Engineer
- 5+ Years: Senior Project Engineer
Experience in:
